I just found this channel, and this comment made me cry my eyes out. I just lost my dear aunt to cancer two weeks ago. My heart aches. I wish I could have given Charlotte years off my own life. My love goes out to this lovely girl's family.

Nikia me Couldn't agree more, Nikia. The word 'unfair' isn't right. I have what can become a life threatening brain condition and I've never said 'it's so unfair'. We just have to deal with what nature plans for us. Charlotte was incredible throughout her fight. It's just so tragic that cancer took such a beautiful, intelligent person from the world. It's a big difference to do what we here in Germany call "taking a bath in self pity" or to express one's feelings about a beloved person's death or severe illness. We all know that we all are expecting to die. Sooner or later. But sometimes it's hurting that much that we don't wanna believe in the fairness of life. I hope I explained it properly. My English isn't very well.

Bodies die. Souls leave the body much like energy...and passes through/throughout and into different forms. So I know her soul continues love and to live on forever in someway or another/someplace or another. My prayer is with her family, friends and just all of those who are missing her deeply. Losing a child before yourself (any parents perspective) is tragic, I can't even find words to properly express the pain that comes that level of grief and loss. Life will never be the same! There is NEVER any "getting over" it. Until the day you pass, it'll be there. But that's ok. Days will improve. Some will be better than others. One day though, one glorious day you will see her and be with her once again. Once again you all will reunite and join our next souls journey together. I can't pretend that I know what it feels like, because I haven't experienced it. Thank God. But I do know what it feels like to miss someone who you know you won't see again in this lifetime and that kind of deep hurt, just being with that feeling and realization time after time is physically incredibly painful. Often feels like you don't think you'll ever recover from one of these intense moment of grief. Yes, it'll get better, yes have faith that you one day will reunite and hold that knowing, that faith close. Very near and dear to your heart. Yes move on and be happy and live life with joy., celebrate her, your daughters( i,e your sister, niece , grandaughter, cousin, best friends, ect...) life by living yours to the fullest. That is truly all she'd want. For those she loves, to be ok and happy! Live life to its fullest for her, shine her lignt, but also forgive and grieve when you need to as well. There is no shame in grieving. Just dint harm yourself because It'll always be there. Just take care of yourself. And remember don't think all about and dwell on about how it was for her in her last year(s) of her ailment (though I'm sure she was always a light even in the toughest darkest timesof her young life). but instead remember the many many years before then that she lived life so wonderfully, so carefree without too much worry and with just lots of love and laughter from family and friends surrounding her. She was a beautiful young woman in evert way. I selfishly wish the world didn't lose her so young. She was full of life, In fact...she was life. I am touched by her story. And to anyone going through grieving a loved one, my love is with you. ♡
