I decided it was two things: a great haircut & a strong lip. Now that I'm 65 I have all the glorious lipsticks. I'm beyond ecstatic for this launch & may even splurge for the engraving!

I purchased Medici and I LOVE it, but in case anyone watching this has Victoria Beckham’s Posh lipstick in the shade Jump, be warned: it is nearly IDENTICAL in shade (and formula) to Medici. In fact, I almost purchased a back-up of Jump recently, and I’m glad I didn’t. This looks and feels exactly like it. I’m definitely going to have to purchase a few different shades of the Lisa Eldridge now, just to feel like I got something different!

It was comprehensive, and while a million content creators will be reviewing these (yeah, I thought you'd be on the train ride), you brought your incomparable talents to this review. With that said, Lisa is my favorite shade, while Remy is my second favorite. I've written this before on another video, but you are my husband's favorite content creator that I follow. We take long, long drives to visit our grandson in Virginia (we are in NY). We drove down there last weekend, and he got annoyed at half of the fragrance/makeup reviewers I was listening to. I swear he said, "Why don't you put on that British woman who is really funny? I can actually listen to her." For real. I love the idea of a beautiful lipstick case that is a piece of art and something to treasure. For those you haven't read her book "Face Paint", it is a fascinating history of makeup told only the way Lisa can. Bravo on this launch!

Very happy with long, in-depth videos and really appreciated the comparisons with other LE lipsticks. I have Velvet Ribbon and love it but really prefer at least some sheen so Ribbon is the one I’m most excited about but I’m very curious to try Medici. I’d love to try Audrey because of its history but if I’m honest with myself, it probably won’t suit me…but I really want it to! I’m a big fan of Lisa and appreciate her integrity in making something genuinely more environmentally friendly instead of just giving the appearance of doing so.

I LOVE that this is truly a lipstick where the refill can be stored alone with a nice cap, so you really only do need one case. 💕 I cannot wait to try this formula! thanks for the comparison, I was expecting that the shade Romy will not be as cool as Lisa describes and I can tell now it will be warm on me since it looks even more warm than Muse and Muse is very warm on me. still waiting for more lavender nude which would not look warm but I think I will get the deepest klaret shade when it comes later and maybe Ribbon, one of those two for sure

These look absolutely gorgeous and I love both the look of the components and the philosophy behind the design. To buy just one with the component and to have it etched would cost me a few cents short of $103 as the Aussie dollar is absolutely rubbish against the pound at the moment. The problem is that I love all the colours. I think that Roxy is my favourite, but it’s so hard to choose as the colours are just so nuanced and beautiful. Something that has me EXTRA excited is that Lisa mentioned that she will have OTHER lipstick formulas that will fit inside this case. I ordered Medici (full) and Ashes of Roses (refill). I hope she makes some of the matte shades in refillable components too because I would like to repurchase my most used ones (Muse, Affair, Blush, Velvet Ribbon, Cinnabar). My thoughts exactly when I watched Lisa’s launch video. Taking another full year to keep designing the product so that the refill would be fully recyclable. LEGEND!! Role model. Shows her enormous dedication and integrity, don’t know of any other brand in whatever field that would or could have done the same. (Power to do that when you still own your own brand, I assume). Most others would have bowed down to profit projections and just gone ahead. Anyone who says you can’t stick to your values as a business, here you go.

I love more than one shade! It is difficult to choose. Simone is lovely, But Romy is one I think that would look lovely on me When you were putting the lipstick on your lips, it was a very appreciating appearance for you, I almost could hear you spinning like a cat. Happy and satisfying for you to make the video for certain, thank you for sharing, now I want them too 😊
