Aw, why not do a real 20’s eye (which doesn’t have a flick upwards, but even kind of emphasized a dramatic downturn - Louise Brooks, Josephine Baker, Clara Bow, Theda Bara). That would’ve rocked so hard!!! Alas, missed opportunity.

This is NOT a historically accurate 1920s makeup look. Like someone has already commented nobody did eyeliner back then. Eye makeup was rather dark, heavy and downturned. The eyebrows were skinny and penciled. The lips were dark and matte and contoured into a 'rosebud" shape and there was no glow on the skin. Women used to powder their faces, which means their complexion was matte. As a makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury must know that, but hey, those products won't sell themsleves.
