This song was one of the best NDP Songs & can be one of Top 5 Gift Of Songs. However, it was considered that "These are the days" by Lee Chin Sin was declared the most popular song chosen by voters & Compass. Sadly that this song didn't aired on TV SG50 Live yesterday night... Anyway, I officially liked this new version of song better than last year :)

Hi! Thanks for your kind words and appreciation for the chinese version! It's an extension of the English version from 2014. Audris and I wrote "There's no place like home" last year and in that home-made video, we suggested an annual NDP songwriting competition. When Gift of Song Competition came along, we actually submitted the English song but we were not selected. In 2015, we extended to the Chinese version. We are glad people like you have heard and like our songs! Although not on national TV, however both songs will be featured on History Channel 50on50 webisode series (check out our Facebook fan page for more info), so do stay tuned and catch us then! :-)
