I like what they did with Defender's Crest and basically gave it the void heart treatment. Also, the king's brand is imprinted on the charm if you look closely enough.

Awesome video, pretty sure you went more into the numbers than any of us actually did. Cool to see exactly how broken it ended up being. Random development tidbit: For a very brief period, Hoo considered making Honour increase damage from all sources by ~10%.

Thanks and I'm glad you enjoyed it! I had this one pinned as a charm that would be pretty straightforward but turns out it had a lot of secrets! Ooh very cool tidbit, would that effect have been in addition to the current damage and spread? Love hearing about what could have been!

@@Vegathron The damage would've probably been the same or similar, but the spreading was the idea that replaced it. We'd probably have to bump it up in notch cost if it was both. I'm not exactly sure if Hoo did at any point want to have both effects, but he did in fact know. -Dreading- Looking forward to the Purity video, will say I'm considering fixing the nail cancelling effect, and definitely will be fixing the s bug that I think is still there rn. Hope those changes don't mess with your video too badly.

@@rcrobot7655 Yeah both would be op, but I think Hoo made the right choice, spreading is a much cooler effect than just numbers imo! Mark of Purity so far is treating me (surprisingly) well! ah yes the spamming left right cancel is something on my checklist, however I dont know about the bug - however if its getting fixed then I wont worry! also dont worry too much, I do each episode individually then once they are all done I make a all-in one vid and thats where I amend any mistakes or any missing info, so it all works out!

Fun fact flukenest does more than 64/80 dmg because its gliched and can do around double even triple if you get lucky since the hitbox remains long after the effects are and can hit if the enemy moves

I defeated the white defender (dream one) headed to isma's growth dream nailed her and the answer was something like ogrim no time. Also can't get to abyssal bloom location cuz the ceiling doesn't brake. (I play the game on Android. I believe if I got so far to white defender that means pale court dlc is included in the latest version I installed. Not too sure about it though.)

I would download this but I'm a insane person and play hollow knight on switch. You can not convince me my old laptop can handle hollow knight.

Yes, it stacks! Shade Soul casts 3 knives (25 damage each, total 75, op!), if you add Shaman Stone an extra knife was casted (total 100 damage). Sorry for my english! If you speak italian, I have a channel on Hollow Knight :)
