I think it's admirable of the creators of Pale Court how they attempted to buff up some of the weakest charms in the game to make them not only mechanically interesting, but also powerful and viable. First they catapult Defender's Crest from bottom ten to top ten of all charms, then they create a new base for all healing focused builds (Vessel's Lament), and finally grace as with the new most powerful charm in the game, Abyssal Bloom, and it's mind-blowing synergies! Seriously, combining it with Sharp Shadow or Joni's Blessing gives such awesome effects! It alone won't fix all of Blessing's problems, but it's a great start! And all of those synergies make perfect sense lore-wise too! What a fantastic mod, thank you for making a series on this

Once again a great video! Really enjoy the notch cost evaluation, a weird and interesting way to actually look at a charms "objective" value. For anyone else who might be curious, I went back and checked (by briefly skimming the timeline, so I might've miscounted) the Purity video has a total of 8 column charts, while this one has 5. Random Development Tidbit: I personally didn't help much on this charm, but I can say at one point it had a small attack speed increase built in, although it was removed because of overlapping with Purity, the visuals already get very strange with Purity, + QS + Bloom. It also originally didn't have the Shade Cloak cooldown, that's my one very hastily thrown in contribution. Lastly, Bloom was not originally meant to be placed where it was, that was a relatively late addition, originally it was found in the King's Workshop sub-area of White Palace. Side Note: The Abyss platforming room is called the Abyssal Temple if anyone is unaware.

The 1 mask attack effects are so cool, like the ones in the dream no more ending. Almost makes me want to use it but im too much of a coward to be on 1 mask Edit: SHARP SHADOW FINALLY GETS JUSTICE

i should try out the joni's blessing combo yo maybe actually br able to take out the tougher pale court bosses. My biggest issue with the mod is that most of them just flat out do not have healing windows, so maybe i should just give up on healing altogether

I ended up using this combo with unbreakable heart to beat every base pale court boss, except dryya which I swapped out heart for sharp shadow. I definitely recommend trying it!

@vanessaruffner4219 Yes its the pale court mod if you wanna get it it will include 5 new bosses and some extra charms I recommend using a mod manager such as scarab you can search a tutorial on how to download it I hope this was useful🙂

Hi Vegathron, thanks for your videos! :) I have a little question: using Dashmaster and Abyssal Bloom (stage 3) the dash cooldown becomes 0.3 seconds? Or maybe is it more complicated? (not stacks additively, ecc) I have two fixes: Flukenest's hitbox can persist up to 4 seconds (I checked this in debug mod) and Lament's damage is 40/80, but becomes 30/60 when it comes from secondary bubbles (summoned directly on enemies), but maybe in latest version of the Pale Court is different! (only 40/80) Bonus: I can't recognize your accent, what's your country? I'm from Italy :)

Glad you are enjoying them :) I actually cant recall off the top of my head how the dashmaster cd works, but the number 0.3 rings a bell so I am thinking its that. regarding the lament damage, I do have pinned posts on its episode with that info as I forgot to include it in the vid. and flukenest is 4 seconds, good to know! And my accent is Australian :)
