If you have Embrilliance or Hatch software you can color sort to cut down the number of times the machine will change colors

Charmaine what digitizing software do you have? You should be able to change the stitch order, but be careful because you need to understand why it is stitching out the way it is. But, I don't see a reason that your letters and the outline are stitching that way. That can be problematic...Unless they are trying to avoid jump stitches.
