Charmayne James & "Magic" 1995 NFR Barrel Racing

After winning the World Championship for ten consecutive years, 1994 was the first year that "Scamper" wasn't run at the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) He was semi-retired in 1993 and “Bold Bars Top Man” aka "Magic" would be the mount Charmayne James would run at the NFR 1994-1996.
