Me neither because Christy only cared about power and taking over the world than about her own sister Billie whom she used as a pawn in her schemes and disposed of her like trash when she tried to reason with her by telling her that Dumain had been using both of them 4 his own plots and schemes. Then Christy had the nerve to accuse Billie of betraying her and tried to kill her which became her undoing.

She just wanted to find Christy and show her a better life than the one that had been forced upon her. Unfortunately Christy took advantage of that and tried to turn Billie into something ugly. Even when Christy was confronted with the truth that she had become nothing more than a pawn for Dumain, she refused to accept it. Like many people who join cults and hate groups, she was someone who ENJOYED being an evil pawn. In other words: Christy was simply too far gone. And people like that can never be saved.

Yeah I felt so bad for Billie. She was trying to do good (and she did), tried to find her sister who she lost years ago. Then she finally finds her, saves her....then she had to kill her. I'm sure that made the girls think. They were lucky to have that bond that kept them together, that's why I think neither one of them comforted Billie, because it was best to leave her be. That was a hard decision for her to make, but Christy had to be stopped.

Not how it works. Elders and Whitelighters are the same. Elders are simply Whitelighters who have "EARNED" the title Elder. The show went back and forth between this though. Eitherway Chris was conceived when Leo didn't have any powers in the astral plane. The thing is that Billie actually saw what she was doing wrong and wanted a second chance while Christy didn't it's a simple matter of choices. I doubt Billie was forgiven directly, she probably had to work to get their trust back. Forgiveness has to be earned and for that to happen you have to realize you did something wrong and try to repair what you did/redeem yourself. Christy was so torn up and convinced that she could do all she wanted she didn't hesitate to kill her sister

It would have been a better ultimate evil if they made 3 demons be brothers and have something along the lines of the power of three but in demonic form. Although I think The Source was supposed to be the ultimate evil in the series but was completely wasted.

Prue was trying to save a young man who was becoming a priest, but was being attacked by his older half brothers because he was supposed to complete the evil charmed ones. I agree with you though the evil brothers plot made more sense than Billie and Christie, but I guess the writers were worried about recycling story lines.

Christy was also a telepath. They can channel anyone else power or even spells.But a Firestarter alone was enough to be a bodyguard of the source. While Billie projection power was to change reality as she saw fit.

@@xaredx7431 actually in the comics, prue revealed that the reason the ultimate power was able to go against the charmed ones was because she was holding them back due to her death. Once prue came back alive, all of their powers were advanced to higher levels, they even developed new powers

After reading some of the more sympathetic comments about how none of this was ' Christie's ' fault that she had gotten kidnapped by the demons as a child , I'm left with the belief that these commentors hadn't actually paid attention to the character arc previously in the series . ' Christie ' at the manor and the demons somehow know exactly where to find her all of the time , ' little Christie ' had contacted the demons on purpose so that she would be kidnapped . This was revealed in the series . The demons always lost track of her but she would contact them to let them know where she was . ' Little Christie ' started all of this by initially contacting the ' Triad ' herself . She always had that capability . 1 sister raised by demons for the ' Triad ' and the other sister raised into ' Wicca ' to fight the demons including the ' Triad ' . The only way for the trio sisters of ' charmed ' to win the ultimate battle was to ' separate ' the duo sisters , divide and conquer . So why did ' Christie ' do this ? Because ' Billie ' by herself is the ultimate power , to destroy the ultimate power ' Christie ' needed to corrupt ' Billie ' . Short answer is , ' Christie ' was jealous that ' Billie ' was so special .

That was never shown in the show - Christy was brainwashed by the demons (Triad) who used her powers against her and convinced her that they were good and those who are good are bad - and she was a little girl - so if they used her telepathy powers against her like that - why would she not believe them. I mean that one demon was able to project to Wyatt and pretend to be his imaginary friend to try and turn him evil - it isn't that hard to convince children your way is right when they are that young. So if Christy contacted them and intitated her own kidnapping, it was because they manipulated her into it. Was she jealous of Billie, probably, Billie's power was stronger than hers - but don't pretend that getting kidnapped and turned evil was Christy's idea as a little girl. If they hadn't fed her lies for all those years she was separated from Billie - she would have been alright - you can see it when she gets reunited with her parents that that little girl who loved her sister and her parents resurfaced, but the Triad squished that ray of hope by orchestrating the murder of her parents to ensure that Christy stayed evil.

Here's the thing: they said Christy's dead but they only killed her FUTURE self. Her past self never appeared and they never were shown merging. Piper had to vanquish BOTH Dumains to kill him (LOVE that power) but Past Christy never showed up. Also if they really changed things here then why was everyone waiting for them at the Manor??? They changed the course of events that led up to them getting the Hollow in the first place and NEEDING Grams and Patty.
