I never knew how important Theme songs and Music throughout the shows affected them so much until I rewatched Charmed after they lost all the rights to all the songs used (Intro and opening song and club songs that don't have the OG band singing them). It has a major impact.

Probably they forsaw the budget constraints, so that's why they removed them.
