@@yangpham94 actually Zankou was probably as powerful as the Source or maybe a bit more powerful that's why the Source had him imprisoned in the first place because Zankou was a threat to his rule. Remember in series 4 when the Seer went down to the demonic prison and released a demon that has no known vanquishing spell or potion. Anyone the Source couldn't kill he had them locked up so they couldn't challenge his rule so its a safe assumption Zankou is either just as powerful or more so than the source and he is alot smarter, he's patient, he studies the sisters and learns from his mistakes like he said in scry hard after he attacked Leo he waited for the charmed ones but only Phoebe and Paige turned up. After reading Piper's diary he states that was his mistake he underestimated Piper's love for Leo and that's why she didn't leave his side to go fight with her sisters. Look how well thought out his plan was to weaken them emotionally so he could get his hands on their book and therefore the Nexus. He learned from his mistakes thought out a better plan and patiently executed it. That was the source's downfall he was too impatient and that led him to desperation and to release the hollow because he was so obsessed with killing them he was willing to sacrifice everything to do it he went mad with it and caused the Seer to turn on him and manipulate Cole into taking the hollow and his powers becoming the new source. Zankou even managed to break through the protective charms of magic school something no demon did he came closest to vanquishing them after Billie and Christy

They were not. They got beaten by Cole and the charmed ones easy. They relied on Bilie and Christie to do the job. Stupid to make them the ones behind the ultimate battle instead of someone else.

Seaons 1 -4 is when the show was at its best writing wise

Seasons 1-3 were the best. The show was more grounded and "realistic". When Paige joined it became a joke... Leprechauns, Superheroes, Mermaids, etc. None of that would have happened with Prue lol. Season 6, however, was pretty good in terms of the overall season arch with Chris. Seasons 7 and 8, I dont even want to remember.

I find it funny how Piper asks that as if the other were supposed to know them. But the Triad was killed while Prue was still around so Paige has no idea who they are, Billie started actively being a witch much later so she also wouldn't know and from Piper's point of view, Christy also doesn't know them.

I hate when people say this firstly if you feel that way that’s your opinion and you’re entitled to that. But the last season imo was amazing I preferred it over season 6.

That sucks for you because the final season is widely considered the absolute worst season of the show almost unanimously. Even those who like seasons 5-7 consider season 8 to just be flat out bad television. With most of the controversy surrounding the two new witches in terms of their storyline, heavy focus, and acting. Otherwise The Triad weren’t usually considered by fans as the most threatening antagonists in general in the show. Their return in s8 though is unfortunately their worst and most underwhelming depiction, especially since they are basically the final main antagonists besides the sisters. Besides the villains and new characters it just wasn’t a good season at all. The main characters didn’t even get fulfilling arcs. Rly the only saving grace was that the series finale was actually a good one more or less that resolved all the arcs and brought closure to the series.

Furthermore, you can hate the comments people make all you want, but two things. 1. No one says “in my opinion” to literally everything they describe. If you were watching a video about ice cream and simply wrote as a comment “Chocolate is the best ice cream flavor”. Do you really want the responses you’d receive to be something like “I hate when people say these kinds of things. You’re aloud to have that opinion and you’re entitled to that. But imo vanilla ice cream is the best.” 2. No commenter is going to care about a response to a comment of theirs that was made 4 years after they posted. It’s just etiquette to not do so past no more than a few months or up to 1 year max. One of the reasons being that chances are the original commenter may not even remember what they posted several years ago or their reasons for doing so.

its a rewrite by season 8 hack writers. the trial are basically underlings of the source, the source wants stuff done and the triad does all the outsourcing. the source wanted the charmed ones dead so the triad hired belthazor. when belthazor failed to kill them, they were going to kill him so he murdered them all by breaking ones neck, stabbing another and hitting another with an energy ball i believe. they are nowhere near as powerful as the source. the idea theyd be worried about them in season 8 when they constantly vanquish powers more lethal than the source just shows how absurd season 8 was.

For Season 8 big bad they could have took on the First witch from Season 9 whoever her name was instead of the Triad and Billie and Christy that let u know they couldn't come up with no more good ideas cuz they had used up all the good ideas when Prue was still alive after Prue died and After Season 4 the Writing stories just kinda got fuckin stupid I mean yeah it was cool to introducing us to new demons and warlocks and magical creatures but still some of the story lines for very stupid they should have let me come up wit some stuff I would have had it on and poppin

Season 7 and season one was 1 was some of the weakest for me season 5 is one of my favorites for paige that is her season where she shine her and piper and season 6 was phoebe season where she shine at her best and season 3 belongs to prue that's where she shine the most for me. Season 8 had it moments and it brought back alot of old great characters.

They did later on in this episode except Candor. Piper freezed the two and Paige orbed Asmodeus to Baliel's fireball path and Piper unfroze and Asmodeus has been blown. Piper then blew up Baliel. Candor was going after Phoebe earlier who is impaled/vanquished next episode (Generation Hex).
