I would make both living rooms ,one big one , the house is beautiful besides two living rooms

Although the garage dominates the facade ("garage with house attached"), it's an agreeable looking place. I like the recessed front door. The double living room is unusual, but I'd move the TV to the smaller front room and consider french doors between them. I'm not keen on having guests walk through the kitchen to get to the dining room. Otherwise, it's a functional plan.
