Beautiful home, similar to much being built now in North America. One issue I'd consider evaluating is that the only way to the dining room is through the kitchen. Would it be better to exchange these two rooms?

Disappointed not having an outside patio for entertainment. Kirchen is very nice

Every bedroom needs its own bathroom,vand there is no entry closet. You beed a guest bathroom close to living room so guest dont have to go through the house on a search for the bathroom.

A lot of wasted space. Don't need 2 living rooms. Don't need sink in laundry. Should had added in linens/ beddings/ utilities/ storage closets which are a necessity for any home. Is there an entry from outside into the kitchen? How about a pantry? Your choice of decor and drab colors makes this home seem uninviting.
