Lived in Lafayette in the 80’s, worked at Guaranty Bank downtown, loved the people and the food! So much more to this city then it’s downtown 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am from indonesia. I have lived in lafayette louisiana from mid 1982 until end of 1983 for 1.5 years. my husband worked for chevron oil company. I stayed in 110 west bayou parkway. I have a lot of sweet memories❤

I have great memories when I visited Lafayette Louisiana , it was a boom Town in 86/87 because of the Oil industry , I loved that Cajun hospitality , Now it's a friggin grave Yard thanks 4 Clinton's NAFTA and Nixon's deregulation ☹️☹️☹️ Not one real Job left for the Frenchies ‼️
