Back from my visit to Lafayette I was there for the 50th aniversary of the Festival of Acadiens et Creoles held at Grand Park lots of really good music food and craft vendors went all 3 days, met the nicest people, ate some really good food and had a blast this is a must see festival in a beautiful park with the best people you would love to meet. Everyone should make this a bucket list

Louisiana cities experienced absolutely zero growth while almost the entire rest of the south has been booming. With the usual exceptions of Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas of course. These cities are almost exactly the same as they were in 1985 and that’s just sad. I’d love to see what they could become with investments and bigger populations. 😢

Last thing you need are bigger populations to wildlife gets cut down for apartments and more homeless

This was a drive through the worst areas of the city. The southside is where everyone wants to live and shop.

The whole Louisiana is all like that. Dump is correct, and the government ain't doing shit. The whole inner and outer structure weak and suck. There nothing to do in Louisiana except fishing, and hunting. Most of the poeple in Louisiana is all meth heads. Louisiana crime is so high because there nothing to do. The jobs suck, oil and fishermen the best paying money and nowadays that suck big time too. Louisiana is sinking bad, and real bad. Every leadership they have is all corrupted from top to bottoms. Louisiana has a big corruptions problem. Every leader that Louisiana has is all about themselves really. They only care about money in they pocket. Every time there a hurricane they got a bigger cut then everybody and got it first and easy. And made it so hard for everybody that really need it. Because the less people mean more peace of the pie. That what all Louisiana leaders really think really suck.
