I do not understand than in 70 years regina is never learned to dance (and Cora wanted her to become queen)

This is one of my fav scenes in the whole show, in my favourite episode. Even though it really doesn’t seem possible that Cora didn’t drill Regina in all etiquette and court skills like dancing, it’s just delightfully charming. It’s so sweet and gentle and perfectly illustrates their characters and growth as well as being just a flat out adorable interaction.

Can ANYBODY believe that Cora would have let Regina grow up without learning to dance? It's an important networking skill, and all the "important people" would be at the ball. Great for social climbing and evaluating opponents. And remember, your guests are doing it too. Gotta stay on top of palace intrigue.
