I really wish Henry had also gone and hugged Zelena, showed her some affection too as his aunt, though I accept that he really had no reason to as he never knew her growing up so had no real emotional connection to her other than being his mother's long lost (previously unknown) sister.

I’ve been watching this series because a bunch of stuff came up in the algo regarding this relationship and I have to say, Belle is an absolute crapshoot. I do NOT like this relationship because she’s so insufferably self righteous, emotionally manipulative and controlling. I get Rumple, he’s who he is, but Belle’s constant emotional chain yanking and claim to love him while refusing to SEE him is obnoxious. Frankly, he deserved much, much better. I’m pivoting to Hook and Emma’s story arc because every time Belle is on screen I just want to slap her; the moralism in this series is at times nauseating. I find myself longing for characters that know that sometimes, evil simply has to be extinguished and they’re totally ok with that.

Unpopular opinion but Henry only has one mom and that is Regina. I'm not saying that in context of this scene alone but the whole series. No matter how many extreme actions regina took to keep henry in her life, she was still more of a mother to him than his biological mom. It felt so hurtful to see Regina's motherhood being questioned so many times just because she wasn't his real mom and because of her past. Even when Emma had Henry for herself, she was mostly only there for the good parts and there was very little mother son relationship we explored between them. They were more like the cool aunt and nephew. But Regina stayed through it all hardships and the good parts till the very end of the series. I'm very much aware none of this is Emma's fault but it's still so hurting.

Technically, Belle is the one who killed Gaston when she snipped him in half in ‘Skin Deep’. Rumple only turned him into a rose.
