It's a beautiful location, but it's too expensive. In general the house is nice, but it needs lots updates and repairment. It will be sold but for much less, as the real-estate prices are starting to drop. Good luck Dušan in your new venue.

A glede Toskane, teško vjerujem da je Barić Draga toliko ekskluzivnija lokacija, da kuća bez vodovoda, koja je potrebna i potpune renovacije vrijedi 300.000 eur više od ovoga npr. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIfbZnuZlslpisU. Ili 400.000 više od ovoga kzbin.info/www/bejne/r5a8maqtZdh4qq8. Stranac bi trebao biti lud da kupuje u Hrvatskoj (ili Sloveniji).
