Love this one, Rino! Townhouse in centro storico plus wood ceilings and even a view (albeit shared space). And not too much work to do before moving in. This has a LOT going for it! Thanks for sharing!

I like it. Another quirky floor plan but nice. The dog was glad you didn’t come in the room. He knew he couldn’t do anything because of the muzzle, so you were polite to him to spare his dignity!!! That cave like area looked like it was really old.

Love quirky places like this, Rino! Very interesting place! I’ve been wondering if making a bedroom in a cantina area is ever done (and maybe even a small living area if there’s space). Seems like it would be an easy way to stay cool in the hottest time of the year. Usually I think of making a workshop in these spaces, but the ceiling seems a little low for that in this case. Super place, comfortable to live in, with a lot more space than expected! Love the outside views, too!

Oh I’m glad you are showing something in the centro storico. I don’t watch the videos of country houses. Not interested but this one is nice. Grazie da e come sempre

I think if you go back far enough in that cellar you can find a cask of Amontillado.

Very interesting place, Rino! We have no idea what to do with that cantina space either.... Glad you didn't get attacked by any of the dogs 😂😂 Your commentary was hilarious on this one - the dogs, the teddy bear, etc. This was a fun video to watch even though the place wasn't for us.

A doggie biscuit or perhaps some ham or mortadella might improve the dogs' opinion of you... Great house though... that first cantina looks like maybe it was the cave of the cyclops.

Are you kidding? It's someone's else dog, I wouldn't feed them. I have a dog too and I wouldn't be happy for strangers to give them biscuits. Plus, he was nuzzled. Side note, it was a joke in the video ;)

@@OneStopAbruzzoIndeed, I was kidding. I'm sure most dogs like you. I too have had dogs (most recently, Greyhounds), and assumed you'd ask before sharing treats with them... I only objected if the treats contained lots of grain or soy and had my own for them to give my dogs if theirs weren't OK. I based my comment on a saying we have here to convey that a kid does not play well with others: that you have to hang a pork chop from their neck to get the neighbor's dogs to play with them. Jokes are tricky in other languages...

Was that bathroom previously a bedroom? So big! When the cellar ceilings are like that can you make them higher? Couldn't tell how tall they really were but they looked low.
@OneStopAbruzzo8 ай бұрын
Hi Bob! Nort sure about the previous usage of that room! You can technically raise the ceiling but it would cost too much, not worth it!

for the first celar you enter, make some big bones and bury them half way in the floor, declare those as a dinosourusse bones, organize tours and wehen busses with tourist come talk the story about caves since dawn of humanity, show big bones how those first humans on earth were eating, also, take kids, up 7 years old, give them charcoal sticks and tell them to make some drawings on the wall, and then you have a connector stories...I tell you, this is money making machine! joke aside, i really enjoy your videos.
