Great house, but everything has to be shown, the garden, the basement, every built in storage has to be opened, every door and window has to be opened. There was no information which work has to be done. Are the electrics, water, heating working and is the roof good or are there water leaks? I can see plants growing on the roof and the terrace above the kitchen might be leaking through. Viewing during or after heavy rain is needed. Without info which basic work has to be done, I am not talking paint, there is no way to know the real price of the house. Where can you park your car, where is the next public transport? That should be part of every video. Everyone writing to you to ask that in email is just wasting your work time. Not efficient. Thank you!
