Hi, Shorty. Thanks AGAIN for another great tie. Quick question - in the video, you said the brassie wire isn’t going anywhere once you tied it in using that method. I always put a layer of superglue under my wire. Can I STOP doing that? If superglue is really not needed, I could save a step! Do you see any difference in durability?

Hey Shawn. If you lock the wire in with the counter wraps and the thread up at the eye, that should be enough to hold everything in place. The "memory" of the wire wrapped around the hook is enough to keep it from unraveling. I hope that helps. Peace.

Chartreuse isn’t a normal color in nature (unless you count inchworms which can be almost chartreuse), but it sure is effective. Besides, it looks good particularly good in this application. Very nice.
