Quotes from Chas about pitching:
• "I actually came into Millersville as a pitcher. So I was, you know, 85, 86 (MPH) from the left side... pretty nasty change-up, curveball, but um, we had a really good pitching staff and I couldn't really find the strike-zone so they kinda were like, 'hey uh, put a, let's put a bat in your hand', and then I remember I hit a ground ball and I got down the line really fast and they're like, 'oh ok like, maybe we should do that and then just like never look back'... I wanna say (when I was recruited) it was just a P.O. (Pitcher Only)... I remember a coach was coming just to - in high school, he just came to watch me pitch every time so I was like... you know, came to Millersville and was like, I guess I'm just pitching."

• “I remember my freshman year (of college) pitching in a fall game; I didn’t really pitch that well. I went up to the plate, hit a little chopper down the line and got down the line really fast. Ever since, they were like, ‘oh, let’s put a bat in your hands'... I would love to do it (pitch)... I would want to maybe let one eat a little bit; see if my arm still has it, but obviously I wouldn’t want to hit anyone."
