I see some people requesting for an album. I would love that, too. But I do have to add: this channel itself is a form of art that I appreciate as it is presented. These video's are their own piece of art and they make me feel happy, and they inspire me to connect all the delays i have, some modulating, and make them into a modular synth. Thank you, Knobs

Thermae, MOOD, Blooper, these should be released as plugins. I can't think of too many conventional guitar sounds to use these for, but holy shit it'd be amazing for creating new textures with synths, bass, even some drums. Chase Bliss is way ahead of the curve.

that's why these demos are so misleading though (in a good way ftmp). the dry loop sounds amazing, so whichever pedal you run it through, it's probably still gonna sound good with a few reasonable dials. i'd really like to know what he used on that loop at 6:52: one of my favorites on this channel.

Love your videos as always and the pedal looks awesome. The video moves a bit fast though and is hard to follow/read because there’s so much information packed in. I actually checked to see if I had the playback speed wrong! I guess it’s challenging to make a short video when CBA pedals are so packed with features! (I’ve already ordered mine btw!)

I totally agree. This is still a great video and almost doubles as a brief manual for how to use the Thermae. I make YT videos too and would never criticize Knobs or anyone! I just offered the thought in the spirit of a (hopefully) constructive reaction, especially since I'm sure Knobs will be doing more CBA pedals as time goes on.

With so many things wrong in the world, it is always entertaining to hear people get so upset about things that don’t matter regarding what is best and what is worth what price, meanwhile there are people quietly working away making beautiful music while others are busy yelling about what they think is the right way to make or buy a pedal. Opinions distract from making art. The people who get the most upset are often the ones who never make anything anyway.

He's in half speed mode (green led) and using very short delay times with the LPF open pretty wide. Thermae allows you to push these mn3005 chips way further than other analog delays. What you're hearing is basically clock artifacts due to the exceptionally low sample rate being used

There's hiss, but that comes with 4 analog delay chips, I guess. I have the Tonal Recall rkm and with longer delay times there's that hiss, too. But I'd never say it's noisy. If you go digital, you have to try the Red Panda Raster! A fantastic shift pitching delay ... just wish it had presets and MIDI functionality like the CBA pedals.
