Omg please do he is amazing, for me I don't personally like his major to minor videos so I just watch his normal covers, so it's hard to tell what his hugest and lowest note are, out of the covers I've seen, his lowest was C3 and highest was F#5, in mixed voice, he usually stays in the low 5th octave when in head voice in his normal covers.... But please do it would be amazing

A2-C6 isn't too bad for just 4 videos. If you still need information for the full-range video, I have an idea: what about his Imagine Dragons medley/collaboration with Peter Hollens? I don't know if he hits anything below A2, but I'm almost sure he doesn't even get into the 6th octave at all. Or you could check out his work with The Mile After.

That’s not a full chest note at that range. I’d say D5 is his chest limit fully and the rest above that is totally a mixed voice

If I push, I could maybe get an A4 chest, but I don't have much of a reason to push so hard, especially considering the fact that I can rely on my mixed and head voice for notes that high Same as you, I usually just stay in my comfortable range, which is around Eb2 to C#4 I can usually go lower, but I try not 5o, because my notes get weird in that region

He hit an E2 in his speaking voice in one of his high note challenge videos when he was talking about something. You might say, "Oh, Austin! This is a singing video not a speaking video." Well, that isn't true because if you can speak the note, you can sing the note. This is just like how people think that Karen carpenter's lowest note is a D3. No, because he it really was her lowest note, she wouldn't have had D3 and C3 in her speaking voice. In other words, Chase holfelder's lowest note is NOT an A2.

@@grantburgess1422 Wrong. He hit an E2 in Saturday Night high ntoe challenge. Just because they tilted their head when singing DOESN'T actually mean that it is their lowest note. Not necessarily the rule all the time. He might could go lower but not have control to sing it. It’s partway mental too when we can talk low but when it comes to singing in the same low pitch, sometimes it doesn’t happen or work because of mental mechanics let’s call it. He might can hit the note at least an E2 but the power won’t be there. His vocal range is more tenor oriented so that’s where his tessitura lies. My vocal range is similar to his and I can hit an E2 and maybe to a C2 but there’s no power in them and it start to fry around there too.

All in the comments that say it has an exceptional range. In reality it is rather noemare and if we want to say it all, its falsetto is also low. It is obvious that for a bass an f5 seems an impossible note but for a countertenor like me it is quite comfortable in the chest voice

Oh period, as a male soprano I can support up to a G#5 in my mixed voice and the highest I've hit in chest voice was a Eb5/E5, never tried any higher😂.

For your high notes, try keeping your jaw lower. Your changes is vowels is messing with your placement.

Technically, chest voice is only good for low to middle notes. Anything starting around middle C for men should already be mixed and not in full chest voice. His C5 and above notes sounds like chest voice but in reality it’s a chest dominant mix.

@@josephhuang336 no middle C isn’t a mix for all men unless you are a bass type. Everyone else is usually at or around a F#4. I do agree any of his notes above a C5 to D5 are a mix and he says this in his “Into the Unknown video” I think

The whole point is showcasing his talent on high notes and if pitch correction is involved then it defeats the purpose and isn’t authentic. Anyone can do that if that’s the case. His control over those notes isn’t there if he has to use pitch correction and he should just showcase what he can actually hit with control if he’s showcasing himself. So there’s no “allowed too” when it comes to this given the nature of the video in the first place.

This may sound made up, but my vocal range is the same as his. I searched for "A2 to C6" and this video came up for me. I can hit the same notes at maximum, but with a lot of effort, especially on C6. However, the extension of my chest voice does not compare to his. Mine goes up to G4 and at most A4. What impresses me the most is the strength and clarity with which he can emit these extreme notes.

There is nothing wrong with him using autotune or adjusting his voice during these because with high notes like he's doing they don't come out perfect or as good as he want's them to and he can't do multiple takes of the same high note cause he could really hurt his voice and be out of commission for a while. A little adjustment isn't wrong

The whole point of the video is supposed to be showcasing the range of himself doing these songs and any kind of adjustment that moves the pitch ever so slightly either up or down isn’t authentic. У меня такой же диапазон, но своим голосом нормально беру только 1 октаву, малую. Далее могу, но зажимы(противно звучит). Но порой могу взять не А2, а G2, а на фальцете не C6, а на пару нот выше
