🆚 What are the disadvantages to cancelling your business card if you don't want to downgrade it? For personal, I know it affects your personal credit score by decreasing your overall credit, resulting in increased credit usage %. However, this isn't the case for business cards, so I'm wondering why it'd be an issue to just cancel your Amex Business Gold after a year.

Great video Sebby, one thing I saw is you had AF for Amex biz gold as $395, but isn’t it $375? Immaterial in reality for your analysis likely. I have both for SUB and got a huge one for the biz gold and had been thinking about canceling, but the update w/ $240 credit and now able to get 4x transit and 4x online, which works for apple stuff e.g. iCloud, apps, makes it definitely a keeper for me now.

Hi Sebby! Thanks for the great videos! Very helpful! Can you make a video about the best 2 or 3 options for a Business that does repair and maintenance work. The top 3 purchases would be under the categories of 1. “Merchandise & Supplies - Wholesale Stores” 2. “Merchandise & Supplies - Hardware Stores” and 3. “Other - Miscellaneous”. Most are online orders some local purchases. Spend cap is between $120k to $150k annually. AMEX or Chase would be preferred. If there is a better option for these top spend categories then the company may consider it.

🆚 These are both really solid cards in their own right. The changes to the Business Gold definitely made it less favorable and I'd lean toward the CIP route these days, but it really depends on your spend and redemption preferences as you mentioned. Great stuff!
