Love to watch your videos. They bring back a lot of great memories. I grew up in Incline and went to high school in Gardnerville. My dad had a 77 Hawk XP based in Truckee and we flew all over (including N of the Arctic Circle)! It's great to see all of the familiar places from the cockpit. Thanks for sharing!

I was happily holed up in my house just outside Homewood. The wind was really bad, but not a lot of snow at 6200ish feet. Love the videos:) Please keep 'em coming. It's really nice to get the ariel view of the lake!!

Pretty flight. Had a family reunion at incline village got to ski diamond peak. Learned to snowboard at Mt. Rose about a year later.

I did just about the same flight in my Cardinal on Dec. 15th. Only I did an orbit around Mt. Rose since that’s where my season pass is good before heading east and towards Virginia City. Beautiful place to call home.

Suggestion for you, Hayley. Always enjoy your videos. I’m at MEV, too. When you call entering downwind, state your position…midfield, upwind abeam 16, etc. Also call when turning base, not after established on base (easier to see you when in a turn) and be sure at each call to state whether making a full stop, touch & go, or stop & go, especially since the pattern was full. Helps others in the pattern with setting up spacing. I’m thinking you have lots of followers some who may be learning to fly. You set such good examples using your checklist procedures for others to follow. All of your radio calls are very good & impressive when talking to ATC. As you know, talking to other traffic in the pattern at un-towered airports is a big safety opportunity. Being a CFI (maybe CFII?), I suspect you discuss these things with your students. You’re a mentor to many.

It was so cool to see Debbie's shadow as you flew over the center pivot field. As a farmer on the ground it is so neat when I see a shadow racing across the ground and then to see the airplane. I appreciate the perspective.
