DA62 vs DEBI.. What a difference. Great flight and no snacks.. (?) I guess lunch was the 'snacks'. What's the rule with the canopy? Are you're able to taxi to the pre-takeoff point without issues? Do you have to maintain any speed with the canopy open? That looked so cool. Love the DA62.. wow. Just wow!

DA72 looks nice. What is the distance and longest flight time? A poem the airman by W. B. Yeats is about being a poilet in wartime. Fly High.

Haley, I am an old retired guy who watches planes and motorcycles on KZbin. My niece is in Aerospace at MTSU. I guess you will eventually ferry a plane to Murphreesboro or Shelbyville. I think they fly D40s and C172s. I like the way you talk to yourself when recalling your checklist. Keep learning. I rode 80 miles yesterday on my 99 Honda Magna. Got to keep current on perishable skills. Bye, Barry

If you are willing to fly all the way to Panama City Beach I will be happy to help you with your Avionics’s upgrade. We could maybe get Garmin to spring for some of your upgrades. Just a thought. Either way, nice video. I enjoy watching you grow as a pilot.

Turn your next checkout trip with DVZ into an episode of "This is Your Life." Everyone loves talking about themselves. Invite Dirk to share his bio with your audience. Where was he born & raised? Why flying/aviation as opposed to baseball, accounting, or bullfighting? Is he ex-military? Commercial pilot? How did he end up in his current roles with Premier and Diamond? ...stuff like that. It will probably make the relative "intrusion" of being on camera more enjoyable for him, too.

I hope you keep making videos. So many pilots have put out a few videos and then disappear. You make it intersection enough that it will be a big loss if you disappear like the others! You have a natural talent for being interesting while you are recording! Keep up the good work!!!

In 1966 I went to Minden for flight training at AG Aviation Academy. Earned my Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor Certificate. There I met a cute girl (like Haley) who was also trained at AG Academy in 1966. She earned her Commercial, CFI, Multi-engine and Instrument ratings during our six months of joyful flying in the clear Nevada skies and beautiful scenery such as Lake Tahoe. In September we flew off together pursuing our flying careers in upstate New York. 58 years later we have had great careers, powerful experiences, 3 children, 9 greats and a great-great 14 month old boy. Greatful we are!
