thx Amy. The puffer is my fav. Regarding The CHANEL 19 is it a heavy bag? I don't like bags that are heavy before you even put your stuff in like The CHANEL jumbo.

Nope not at all. It feels heavier in your hand because the hardware is heavy but it doesn't feel as much when you're wearing it because it's distributed on your shoulder. The actual bag itself (minus the hardware) is super super light!

I think it depends on the bag but for the tweed bags I've encountered/ owned, I wouldn't use them on a daily basis. They're just more prone to fabric snagging and general wear in my experience. Definitely not necessary to hide them away but I think daily wear would be a little much!

I had the speedy empreinte as well and to keep it on the shelf it was gorgeous. But I failed to consider that the structured leather meant it would not sit comfortably against me like the traditional canvas version. At my height and weight it also sat really badly as a crossbody which I should have considered right away as it gets heavy on the arm. Ultimately I sold it and lost some money but gained some better insight on bag selection for the future. I do not think yours should curve that way, I am sure there is a way to train it back to where it should be.

It's definitely a bulky one to sit crossbody - I can't seem to make it work like that either. I have a bag shaper already in there so I can't really think what else to do but maybe I need to do some industrial padding out haha!

I’ve got three YsL medium puffers - light grey, dark red and caramel.bought 3-4 years ago when the price of this bag was still reasonable. I’ve had to send all three bags for washing and the light grey for recolouring as all had mould. Cost me almost $1k in all. I would not buy the ysl puffer at its current price point.

I guess I’m saying this cos I realised my Speedy 20 that I love so much is a limited Ed from the Monoglam collection and the strap is a leather adjustable detachable strap. I prob would not get it if it came w the guitar strap as well 🥲 Perhaps you can look out for a seasonal piece cos sometimes they come w leather straps!

Hun, all these Speedys are like that around the pipping, I’ve seen way too many. If a person carrying a speedy 20/25 with perfect piping that is straight and nice not dented, that’s definitely a fake bag because it’s made way better😀

I’ve tried the small on at boutique. The opening is a big drawback to me. I think the bigger size is better on opening but would be a shoulder or top handle, not crossbody.
