I have a Bo-ner I don't expect much from this year and have seen better than I anticipated actually. Give him time, coach him up and in two years we may have a top 5 QB. Good things are worth waiting for.
@rwarrington132 күн бұрын
That's good perspective on the pass between the two receivers. It looks like a bad pass but if Krull was supposed to be up further then Bo actually put it where it was supposed to be and the TE just missed his route.

I almost wonder if he caught a glimpse of the deep guy and it screwed up his pass by being indecisive to who to throw it to
@judgejudyandexecutioner.5223Күн бұрын
@@jasonshumake777 This is exactly what I thought. I think that yes, the route could have been better from the receiver, but he's staring him down so shouldn't miss based on that. Feels like he sees the open receiver, goes to throw, and then sees a free open receiver behind him who can get a TD, and ends up in 2 minds at the split second he releases the ball.

@@CDTV777chase is super biased towards Bo cause Sean is his guy
@lonestarpatriot87618 сағат бұрын
@jbounds829 Yep. There is no excuse for missing that throw. Those guys were wide open before he threw it. Where they should have been does not matter. Nevermind the absolute terrible footwork and throwing mechanics. That could not have possibly led to the poor throw. He talks about how the deep route was not even in the thought process. That is funny because it also was not in the game Franklin dropped a sure TD but Bo saw him wide open and threw it. God forbid people be honest in analyzing Bo. He is never doing anything wrong and the poor performance on the offense is everyone else's fault.

Really like your analysis; especially with your familiarity with Payton's offense. But also that you look at the whole play and what other players are doing. Other guys tend to put all the criticism on the QB without considering bad route running or missed blocks

I'm 90% sure that the pass at 14:20 was tipped, which is why it ended up in the dirt. Still, Bo learned that he needs to put a little more air under it next time so that doesn't happen.
@MhantraxКүн бұрын
Same, I saw it live when it happened. Announcers called it, but it seems it is being missed by most analysis gutter, which makes me question it. But I see a ball starting as a spiral, then when it approaches the receiver, it is wobbly. Poor camera angles make it tough to actually see it.

@@Mhantrax It was definitely tipped by the defender, the fact that analysts and "experts" can't see that is just another reason why no one should listen to them.

I'm almost positive @13:29 that ball is tipped. I don't think that one's on Bo. Although I've seen an alarming number of balls tipped/batted down on him this year. Not sure if that's an arm slot thing or an angles thing or what

So quick question Chase, the million dollar question? Do you believe that Bo is the type of player/quarterback that can fix his deficiencies? Is he another Tim Tebow? That’s a comparison I keep hearing a lot of! Cause if so then he ain’t going to be able to fix being so inaccurate!
@nicholasg8623Күн бұрын
Some mistakes for sure but he is young and doesn't really have any legit weapons to help him. He is kind of on his own and is learning along with many younger players on offense. Need to cut him some slack.

There’s only been one or 2 times I’ve seen him not slide or run out on a designed run. He’s done good job of not getting greedy. His legs are a huge asset though. He’s super fast and when you can add that dimension to an offense it’s a huge deal that the D has to account for.
