Ingredients:
Mawa - 250 to 300 gms (add more if needed)
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Chopped Dry Nuts - handful (Almond / Cashwes / Pista)
Cardamom Powder - 1 tbsp
Dry coconut or Dessicated coconut - 1/3rd cup
Sooji / Rava - 1/3rd cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Dough :
Maida - 2 cups
Water - 1/2 cup
Chashni / Sugar Syrup:
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Green Cardamom - 2 to 3 pieces
Saffron - 2 pinch
