Love this message. I have been at points in my life where I have tried to take my own life and let go. Most people thinks it's a cry for help but it's much deeper than any one knows. Depression can hit so hard and you don't even realise till it's too late. Keep the head up folks. It will be worth it ❤❤

It's peaceful and it's always nice to catch a fish. The beach is beautiful with so many different types of sea creature's and feeling sand between my toes is relaxing.
