My dad lost his job after I joined the military and got super depressed and ultimately killed himself. My mom found him and called me at about 2am, she suffered for about 5 years until she ended up taking her own life as well. I’m 29 and I feel all the feels that this song encompasses every day. I miss you both and wish I had one more second with both of you.
