Yes, sometimes you find a lot of boils, but can you get them to bite. Their at the highest picky peak season. Sometimes, you just run into aggressive boils and do really good or sometimes their really picky and just don't bite at all. Thanks brotha...Lol

Definitely you should try, I've still aiming for triple and quadruple hookups. Hopefully, one day I hookup on 4 fish on 2 setup Donkey rig Flukes. Thanks bro...Lol

I was out on Monday... and only managed to get 1 striper it was my first time chasing boils ,, and i actually got 1 Lrg mouth bass out of a boil too on a double fluke set up ...... day before I found a 20 yr old triple swivel i've never used in an old tackle box and tried to copy the double fluke setup from what i seen on youtube 👊 it worked 🤟 fun stuff

Donkey rig does not use a triple swivel, u have to use 2 single swivels, that way it can slide back and forth and when u catch 2 fish and the line won't break off on u. I'm glad u like the double fluke, it's very affected. Congrat on your 1st striper.. thanks

@@YPVADVENTURES it’s all I had at the time 🤷‍♂️. But Tuesday I did order a package of the singles .. am I correct in saying that you are supposed to let 1 swivel slide on the main line and tie the main line to the lower swivel ??

@djradrs199, yes...that's correct, top swivel has to be sliding and lower swivel is connected between main line to the bottom lure. That way the top lure is free sliding...and than when u ever double hookup, both fish can fight different directions and won't ever break your line. Nice...

It's harder on kayak due to our slow speed, once you see a boil and die out, be prepared for the next one to pop off again, shouldn't be that far apart. Thanks

Try staying just within casting range and go around the boil instead of ending up in the middle of it. Seems like from just watching the video most times the boil shuts down once you enter say 20’ or less. You got a good long cast stay back a bit. Bite may last longer. Tight lines 👍
