this game was made in 1990, so i highly doubt it was Hibino's work. look up Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake MSX end credits or intro

Who exactly made this track? Seems like Norihiko Hibino's work, from what I know of "The Hunt" (MGS: Portable Ops) as well as "The Hunter" & "The Hunted" (MGS4). Could be wrong, though.
