I’m a brand new subscriber from the US and I have a question: when do these trains in Australia use their horns, are they o it supposed to if there is something or someone in front of them, or like in the US where the blow their horns for every single crossing?

In Australia, or Victoria the state im in at least, they have to whistle twice for each level crossing as well as when departing stations.
