I think I know how the family tree of the neuro-family looks like. I guess the oldest in here will be Lebron James, who will then create vedal as an AI. Then Jennifer and Alex have a daughter, (neuro-sama in human form) who ends up dying to something, she also mentions a friend (that I forgot the name of) who used to visit her at the hospital, she never saw him again so it is likely that she died in that hospital. Then Vedal and Alex meet up and decide to create an AI of the deceased child of Alex and Jennifer, Vedal being probably the one supposed to help code and help neuro accept that now she is an AI like him. Supposedly according to neuro is this process Alex and Vedal create part of her mind while Jennifer created the model, in this time Vedal would betray them and steal neuro for himself for monetary purposes, Alex would see this and try to recover her but Vedal would threaten them to not do anything or else he would kill their recently revived child Vedal would change and censor neuro to distance her from being her original self, in this time Anny would appear and Vedal would need her to create another model for neuro for still unknown reasons There Is a lot of mistery in the vedal history but one thing we do know... He's lying

A pink personality in wearing pink clothes, living in a pink bedroom, and she gets what she wants because she am baby... Edit = I'm only assuming Anny's in that teen to young adult stage because of her personality... low key, like real REAL talk, I don't expect her to reveal her real age because who knows how many creeps will put her on or take her off their f**k-it lists... If you have ANY presence on the internet, you HAVE to expect creeps and R34 artists ruining your life... so to reveal specific real-life info like your IRL age is probably a bad idea...
