I was going through some older clips of Mooni the other day and found this clip from last year. It does seem to reinforce that she somehow interacted with a neighbour and THEY saw Mooni in the bell collar and not some DoorDash driver as others had remembered. Also confirms that she did indeed bail on the situation pretty quickly. LUBBERS though.
