I got to sit down and talk with Walter Delgado (Rotting Out/Clear/ex- Minority Unit) after Rotting Out's set at the Che Cafe in San Diego, CA and we talked about some pretty cool shit. Yeah it's a pretty long video, but it's not mindless babble, and that's definitely my favorite part about it all.

The whole moshing/ stage diving/ ect. Is all a modern form of Shamanism. Letting out that energy at a show where that's intended. Stand in the back with your arms crossed. You're not letting out your demons. Free yourself.
