Chatah's Anthrocon 2018 Con Video

Every year, thousands of furries attend Anthrocon located in the at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. July 5-8, 2018

I cannot even begin to count how many time I have watched this since it came out. It has been a full month after the con and this video just takes me back. AMAZING videography and awesome music. I just have to say I absolutely love videos that are short enough to get the point across with some thing, but long enough to give an overall visual of what something is like, in this case for conventions, specifically speaking, Anthrocon. I can't say much about the video that hasn't already been said. It's fantastic. However, this AUDIO? I heard that breakdown from Moments and literally thought that was it for awhile. I got lost in the moments (no pun intended) that you chose to highlight from each song, and how you used videography to make them special, but the blend of Moments, All I Got, and Sound of Walking Away were so seamless that I got lost in them and didn't even realize for awhile that they were separate songs. That is really incredible.

what kind of camera would i need for this kind of quality video to do my own videography?

For this video, I used an a7riii with the 16-35mm Zeiss Lens. Recording was done at 4k30 and 1080p/120fps for slow mo scenes. Day recording was done with SLog2 and color graded in post with Davinci Resolve. Final Export setting was 4k/23.976 fps

You can take good video on many cameras. I always stress composition of the shot and flow between scenes more than anything. Better and more gear will make your life easier though, and you won't have to spend so much time in post!
