Why is his body face down on the gurney? I studied the photographs and that body is definitely facing down. Seems so bizarre.

@@blakewhittington4336They actually found him on his side. All his blood had settled on the bottom, causing him to have a big bruise along that side of his body. They might have carried him out face down to try and redistribute the blood so he could potentially be presentable for an open casket service.
