It's a relief to see you and to know that, although you and Lightning have both had a rough stretch health-wise, that things are looking some better for both of you. Praying that you will continue to be cautious in what you undertake, Phil, and that you and Lightning will keep prioritizing your time spent together. We know that you are determined to make progress, even though you and your back are needing well-earned rest. It doesn't surprise us to find out that in the meantime you are sorting and organizing which will make upcoming work easier when you recuperate . The project you undertook today was very revealing and encouraging in terms of the the small amount of trim repair/replacement needed. Don't fret about the ladder chores or clean up right now. When you are feeling fully recovered, those tasks will look and be far less daunting. Thank you for the update, Phil. Blessings!

May be it is time to call in a few favours from those you often help, to have them come and bring the scaffolding upstairs and help you with some other heavy lifting. Sorry to hear that you and your dear dog have been unwell. My dog is now fourteen and a half and health not good, I spend half my day making sure he's breathing!😢. How old is your lovely lad? As for your back please be careful Phil, I worked and pushed myself in a great deal of back pain telling myself, stupidly that I could beat it. NOOO, I now cannot do a bloody thing, not even the washing up without being in pain. I feel a total failure. I love hearing the joy in your voice when you cleared the doorway. Stay safe🤗🇬🇧
