Great video and overview. ChatGPT can read filename and image metadata so, for testing, make sure those are blank and non-descript if you haven't already. Alot of image metadata from the internet contains a description of the image. Great work!

Thanks for the suggestion. In that case, the screenshots of the poker game or really any screenshot are a better example than the painting or butterfly jpegs which I took directly from google/wikimedia. A screenshot of the painting would have been better, or like you said a file with the data cleared.

It's all a pattern database and an algorithm to query it. There's absolutely no problem in matching patterns of snakes or monkeys or paintings or computers or memes or anything, it's only a matter of optimizing query and expanding the database. Generating works the same way - a prompt produces a query, and patterns at matched and laid on top of each other to produce a result It doesn't analyze anything, it's literally a database. It doesn't calculate anything, it's database. Chatgpt was coded to cheat by running python scripts to calculate things, and individual tasks can be "trained", as in the developers full the database with the patterns relating to something you ask chatgpt to do, like chess or tic tak toe or whatever. But still, it doesn't actually play it - it's still query of data, just on a scale we can't really envision so we presume analysis

Isn't that just semantics? What you're describing is similar to how our brains do the same thing. Regardless of what you call it, the outcome is the same: send a picture to a person and a modern computer and each will look into its database/memory to match patterns and identify the image. I suppose the novelty of these LLMs is that it can have a conversation about the image, which can be helpful for many use cases.

I'm not sure I understand. Some of the pictures, like the poker screenshots and the pictures of the computer it got mostly right and those did not exist on the internet nor had descriptive file name, etc. I'm not here to sing its praises because it is definitely still imperfect, though I think it's just a matter of time before it gets it spot on.
