I've been playing around with it too. Very impressive. As much as the 'Internet' seems terrified that it will replace coders (and artists), your video is a reminder that you can't blindly accept what it produces. So it is a great tool for developers but they don't need to be job hunting just yet.

I have zero experience in coding right. I fired up chatGPT and slowly built a python bot that uses the ccxt library to check various exchanges for arbitrage opportunities. Becuase I have zero idea what I was doing, I just copy pasted the errors back into chatGPT and it guided me through them. In the end I finished with a 100 line bot that actually works. Crazy times we're living in

I did not get why the script is slightly wrong - where does it say it is logarithmic returns?

It didn't calculate log returns but calculated the summed up returns (which are non log returns). The difference is not that big but it is technically wrong. You'd need to specify that it writes the script in Pine for tradingview. You also need to know a bit about Pine because I asked it to make a few simple scripts as a test and they didn't work without modification.

If code is not so precise or perfect in some cases, maybe it need better questions, with more precise details, and it can give only person who knows what to do, so coders don't be afraid each other
