They're doing what all businesses do, they offer everything little by little then "scale up". In reality they're just trying to create more demand for their product by limiting the supply. I was puzzled as to why I wasn't seeing the Web Browsing plugin yesterday as a ChatGPT Plus user, but then somewhere someone said it was a rollout over this week. I looked today in my ChatGPT settings, and Web Browsing is now an option to use. I can't wait for the Code Interpreter tool to be available, because these 2 plugins are going to SUPERCHARGE ChatGPT.

One thing I have noticed is that GPT4 browsing, at lease as I've been using it, has about a 50% failure rate. When it works, it's beautiful, but there are more and more websites that it simply can't read. And that list is getting longer every day.

@@jettykidforty782 No that doesn't make much sense. My guess is that it just has an internal web plugin that provides "context". So you're limited to what a plugin can see, which is definitely not sites that require human verification.

They added a capcha to email addresses on KZbin now. Also, I get this error when trying to browse KZbin: "I'm sorry, but I'm currently unable to access the KZbin channel you've provided directly. It's not rolled out to all Plus users just yet. It says they began rolling out plugins, etc on 5/12 and plan to have it to all Plus users within a week. Sad I couldn't get it today, but Excited that it should be within the week.

That simply doesn't work for me. When I write everything that is said in this video, I get the response that such information is usually not publicly available due to privacy policies. However, you can try to find contact information by reviewing the channel descriptions on KZbin, where channel owners sometimes leave contact information for business inquiries

It's a rather common thing to do with Beta features, you roll them out slowly so you don't get inundated with feedback. Then you can introduce them to a new batch of people with some adjustment and monitor if thing works better or not. One of the main advantage of doing this is that you only get one chance at making good impression.

Based on my experience, the prompt does not necessarily have to be well-written or in a specific format. Chat GPT is generally capable of understanding the intention behind the query regardless. Occasionally, I may request it to rephrase my question before actually asking it. This comment was rewritten by chat gpt.

Not showing for me yet either. I expect it soon, however. In the meantime, I have the plugins and have enabled three (the max) but it's not clear to me how to use them within GPT-4. For example, I wanted to use the AskPDF plugin with a PDF saved on my computer but I was not able to figure out how to get GPT or the plugin to access the document. It seems some of the plugins need to be prompted to be engaged, eg "Using the XYZ plugin..." Am I missing something? In any case some content on the plugins would be helpful.

Only works if you are the one with the youtube channel - The tools at my disposal encountered an error while trying to fetch a page that might have contained the list of data scientists on KZbin with a following of 50k or more. Additionally, the information may not be readily available in a single list, and compiling such a list might require extensive research across different sources. I think while plugins have a suprising potential (even in training the model to use such things dynamically even out side of plugins) the biggest weakness by far still seems to be its context memory / memory / forgetting important details. Internet does very little actually, but it might depend on your usecase. Its definitly nice. But "auto gpt" for example can use the internet extensively. (open source autonomous attempts to make gpt work autonomously by your instructions to code a AI, research for a youtube video preparation, code something, manage a bussness as a AI, or be a network of AI agents that while limited by context memory can split work and some manage others that mangage others and by this network increase the working memory/context memory by a multifold.) My thirst comment was a tiny bit quick. I just was triggered when feeling people don't understand gpt and think internet does much when working memory and token context memory limit is relly a issue.

I find this feature extremely buggy. This is what Chat GPT gave me after asking it to review a youtube channel: I'm sorry, but it seems like there's a problem in accessing the KZbin channel's content due to limitations with the browsing tool. I'm unable to analyze the channel for video topics, industry niche, and engagement, or provide content suggestions based on AI news released in May 2023 as you requested.

No. You'll just pick up where you left off, and that whole "25 messages every 3 hours" thing is not set in stone. If you aren't just continuously spamming message after message, you can go far beyond 25. Even if you do hit the 25 mark and it pauses your session, you may not have to wait the whole 3 hours. Sometimes it's only 10 to 20 minutes. So as long as you pace yourself, you'll be fine. It's worth it.

Yap correct, sometimes it fails. Try re-running it 2,3 times and usually it does the trick. Keep in mind that it’s still a beta feature and I expect the failed clicks to improve in days and week not months.
