I have had this book for many years. Also didn't realize it was qayg. 🙄 Now I'm going to read the book again.. Thank you for jogging my memory. 🙏 An Old Girl in KZN SOUTH AFRICA 🇿🇦

What fabulous ideas! I really like the idea of having two seasonal quilts in one and the memory quilt.

That is a great book, I've owned it since it was first released and planning to start a quilt using that method in the next few months. Hard to choose a favourite.

This is one of my favourite books. I made several table runners to test the concept and loved them. They are great two season runners. Then I made a single bed quilt with the techique. Even tried the two sided binding. Thinking about 2 quilts at the same time with two seperate patterns can take so strong brain power.

I really like when you review books; you are very thorough and informative. I'm going to resist this one for now but I'm not sure for how long 🙂

Fascinating idea! I am making a QAYG string quilt right now using up lots of autumn color fabric I had accumulated. I love the idea that when I'm done piecing I am also done with the quilting. But this is a whole other dimension. Thanks for the flip through.
