If you ever go back and watch presidential debates in the 1960s they're normally at this level. Martin Luther king used EXACTLY the same vocabulary in public. It's the end result of garbage post-1960s public edge- amacayshun in the USA. It doesn't take great effort and money to learn good English. It comes down to ideology replacing training, plus laziness.

Lady C, it’s refreshing to hear someone speak the truth and do so without the interruption of sensational tv personalities. I completely agree with your opinion on the Johnny Depp, Amber Heard proceedings. You would make a great jurist or therapist. Leo, you are a wonderful interviewer and I love it when you laugh with Lady C. Question: What do the majority of people in the UK feel about Prince Harry moving Royal Foundation monies into Travalyst? It appears that he moved monies from a nonprofit into a for-profit company or at least one in which only 5% of the funds need to be spent on charitable projects. I’m uncertain as to the status of Travalyst because I went on the website and it does not refer its legal status, only that it is a “Global Initiative”. Thank you!
@Lindabol14 жыл бұрын
Go to Companies House website to check the status of Travalyst. It’s a Ltd company in which PH owns 75% of the shares. It has no registered charity number. This is why Republic are calling for the Charity Commission to investigate moving charitable funds (from Sussex Royal) to a private company. It has been claimed by PH lawyers that Travalyst is a non profit company but Companies House states it’s a Ltd liability company. Who knows?

Love these chats. I wondered about any significance of the tiara Beatrice wore at her recent wedding since they are chosen by The Queen for each I individual bride. I thought it most interesting that the tiara MM expected to wear at her wedding was NOT Granted by The Queen who selected a more simple style. I do agree with Lady C about Meghan’s fierce intelligence but her ego and greed are the qualities that will blight her life and also the lives of everyone she is involved with. Lady C, I loved how you remembered the Jamaican term for children: “pickney”. I grew up in Belize( a Caribbean commonwealth country) and we use the same term. Anyways, my question: can you speak of the significance of the Queen loaning Princess Beatrice her tiara and dress, the significance of the wedding in contrast to previous grandiose ones? Also, do you think the Queen would offer the new couple a title, eg: Count of Yorkshire, lol. ? This would probably be a jab to the Sussexes.

JanelleSamuels, Beatrice husband is already a Count in his own right, and Beatrice became Countess after the marriage, but they are not allowed to use the titles in the UK, out side the UK, eg. in Italy they could use their titles, I believe it has to do with ancient laws we have about titles being used in theUK but I'm not sure perhaps you could Google it?

Oh wow! 24:58 you have a guest! An orb comes from behind Leo comes around the front of him and past his neck then comes back around to the fire place. At that point your camera goes bright then dims again. It's beautiful. Great show again! Thank you. 🙏❤ Oh 26:20 it's back moving along the mantle piece between Leo and Lady C Something going on with the sound and vision which is odd! Like some one is playing with the camera 29:40 onwards

Hi Leo! Are you related to Tsar Nicholas II? Does your family have any ties with the Romanov family? Are you a Hapsburg since your ancestors served Maria Theresa? I think your history is very interesting and I studied history at university years ago.

Lady C, since the two princes inherited Princess Diana's jewels, would MM have been able to take PH's portion of the jewels to the US? Or are those jewels maintained by the crown jeweler? I'd read that Prince William had to request the engagement ring that was given to Duchess Catherine when he proposed to her, as the jewels are under royal security. Likewise, Prince Harry would've had to do the same with MM's ring. Is this true?

I have just finished The Real Diana while waiting for your Meghan and Harry book to be released in the U.S. At first I was amazed at how much of what I read seemed to be things copied by Meghan in order to get Harry. As I read on though I realized that Meghan and Diana were of similar personalities in many ways although Diana seemed to have better sense when it came to her publicity, personal image and such. Could that be the reason Harry ended up with Meghan? He knew the real Diana and maybe that is what he is attracted to in Meghan. He grew up with that and is comfortable with it.

Oh! I missed this one from a few days ago and it's such a fun chat. Johnny Depp isn't trying to impress anyone with his saintliness, the way Amber Heard is trying to do. He's coming across as very open and truthful about what happened, can't say the same for Amber. The "sisterhood" thing is weird. Yes, women should support each other, people should support each other and not stand for any abuse. The more this trial continues on, the more it looks as though Heard made the whole abuse story up and had that in mind from the beginning. This is why "believe all women" can never work - "listen to all women" will work. Listen to the story, take it seriously, check the facts, reach a conclusion as to whether this abuse took place or not. That goes for men, too, and for children. It goes for everybody who comes forward with an abuse allegation. They deserve to be heard, not automatically believed. Jamaica sounds lovely back when you were a child.

Actors and actresses should stick to their craft and stop making political statements, who cares what they think and believe. Bring on Ricky Gervaise, it is time for an encore.
