I agree, I got so distracted in this video by both of you; the lighting and your faces in profile reminded me of fifteenth century portraiture. Too bad I cannot paint: I am picturing Lady C after the style of the lady in "Goldsmith in his Shop," Petrus Christus, 1449: the complexions I find are very similar. Leo I can imagine painted after they style of Van der Weyden or Bronzino - in three quarter profile, especially with the longer hair!

There is an online free course through the Russia Today website and it saves your progress and you do each chapter and then there is a short quiz at the end of each chapter. Here is the link for that if you are interested: learnrussian.rt.com/ I actually found this site really helpful and then I also bought the Ruslan series of books (there are 3 in the series). There is a text book and workbook with exercises for each level and I think they also do an online version of that course too. You can do the first chapter as a free demo I think to see if you like it before purchasing. Here is the link for that: www.ruslan.co.uk/ebook.htm. There is also the option of online skype lessons too but I haven't tried that option. I'm sure that if you spoke only Russian until going to school then you will pick it back up really quickly!!!! Dear Lady C I just wanted to say thank you for your book “THE REAL DIANA“ . This book is an enjoyable read, so informative, balanced, truthful & puts the facts so succinctly about the car crash, in a way that is actually useful, jettisoning the conspiracy hype. “And the lesson of her death, as I used to tell my children, is to 'buckle up'“, the last sentence of the book, sums it up accurately. The security services had no control over Diana & Dodi refusing to use their seat belts! Dodi would have died in any case seat belts or no due to where he was sitting directly behind the driver, but if Diana had used her seat belt, she would have survived the crash. After reading this book, I am now able to see that the RF & especially Prince Charles had great kind & compassionate forbearance with a woman who had much to heal in herself. Diana did do the healing work once outside the confines of court protocol. Diana was a catalyst for change within the RF too. I do believe Diana's understanding of her & PC's birth charts helped her to see her relationship with her husband as it was, & allowed her to let go in view of the much more compatible charts of PC & Camilla. BOTH PC & Diana had much to learn. As all parties matured one sees the much more positive relationship this engendered between The Princess of Wales & the RF. Thank you once again.

It's about knowing the 'Social Graces', mainly: Good Manners: To behave a certain way in public as one should not just be themselves, one should learn to bring the best of themselves out in public. In being consistent with her channel's themes, Lady C always dresses impeccably, is always very respectful to her audience, and she is projecting the best of herself and of her wardrobe; The Art of Conversation: To hold conversations that are not offensive or troublesome (religion, money, sex) but instead intice people to share positive information (experiences, stories, novelties) around universal subject matters. To hold conversations means to know how to weave subject matters to create more speaking opportunities for everyone; Poise: to become physically graceful and elegant requires proper body training such as classical ballet, walking with a book over your head, stand by the wall to adjust your posture from the feet up the spine to the neck (you should be one with the wall). It's hard work but to be able to use your body effectively will help you have better table manners (or to just digest better because you're aware of your body position) and to walk more lightly thus delaying or avoiding future knee and spinal problems. Look at Audrey Hepburn as the greatest example of poise.

*question - I grew up entranced by the royal family in Monaco, especially Caroline who is the same age as myself. Hello Lady C and Prince Leo. Wonderful show as always! My gosh I just have to say, Lady C is absolutely amazing. I could listen to her thoughts and advice all day. I completely love and respect her. She is of course very beautiful. But, inside she is gracious, kind, and so knowledgeable about History on all topics. Lady C is extremely intelligent. I learn new things everyday from her. And, the best part is well 2 things for me. Her Honesty for the truth is so refreshing. Even if she has to step on toes to show the truth does not hold her back. And, 2nd (even though I have loads I could go on but, for now) we keep it professional but, may I please add that Lady C is a mother of 2 kind, honest, loving boys, that you can see adores her. She had to stay strong and grounded through her entire life and came out the other side with dignity, grace and a wonderful mum to match. Can hardly wait for the next show. What a lovely person!!
