I have read the book it is nothing like lord of the flies or hunger games especially not combined

I think it does have a lot of similarities with lord of the flies actually, people are so quick to defend books saying they have nothing in common with anything ever. The reality is, it does

There are definitely bits and pieces from different things. Mostly Lord of the Flies, especially in book 2 with ..... well, I won't spoil it lol. But book 2 also has a mix of Warm Bodies in it too. Hunger Games here and there, like with the government group watching the kids behind cameras, only interfering if they need to, etc.

I think it's because (SPOILER) Gally are gone in book nr 2, while Minho are still there. So next movie he will probs be more in the interviews :) Plus, maybe he is doing a movie or something, that makes it hard to do all this promotion stuff right now :)

It's a book about a group if boys who get stranded on an island during WWII and they kinda form a government but lots of disagreements happen I had to read it in school
