Great video. So sorry to hear about all the pain you're in, I've had several ovarian cycsts rupture and it is very painful. You might look for a functional doctor or a hormone replacement doctor to see if you have an imbalance that can be treated. I love my PCP but they often only treat if you are outside of the 'normal' range in blood work when you could be barely normal and very symptomatic and treatment would help you a lot. I had this problem with my thyroid. I was 2 points from being out of the normal range but had all the symptoms and my dr would not treat. Once I finally found someone who would treat me it has increased my quality of life so much.
