You CAN just shove the dishes in! People think that dishwashers use up lots of water and stuff but it’s actually way more efficient that hand washing. As soon as you use a plate just use your spoon to chuck the food bits in the trash and stick it in the machine, no rinsing needed!

1. We turn on the dishwasher once it is completely loaded, meaning full. Takes around one and a half days for a family of four 2. It feels great when the cleaning is done and everything is neat and shiney. I love that feeling of fulfillment.

Oh you have one of those air wick automatic diffuser top tip put them all around the house and turn them on just before visitors because if you put them on when the visitors are inside your house they will hear the annoying sound of it spraying

@@sasasiina my first was emergency as well and trust me I was the same as you. Thats why I've got big gaps between all 3 12, 6 and now 3 week old baby. I can't thank Allah enough this time round I have healed so well and never experienced the same pain as the first 2....don't be terrified have all trust in Allah you will be fine.

You don't have to clean dishes before putting them in! Only plates with food stuck on them you can run through water but there's definitely no need to be pre-soaking cups and other plates with just tiny crumbs on them!

love my dishwasher! I always wait till it's full before putting it on. You shouldn't need to rinse the plates etc, I never do. Just scrape the majority of the food off like you would when washing by hand.
